    I did that, lost over 100lbs. kept 90 of it off too, you can still eat too many calories which is what I have been doing and that's stalled my losses. If i got serious again, i could drop another 20. 330 was my heaviest a few years back, sitting at a cool 215-218 depending on the day. I had gotten so used to only having meat, i made some cookies with my wife over christmas break. I could feel the joint pain and inflammation come back within the hour. Cant convince me that sugar aint poison anymore

    Mine #### out on me 2 weeks ago, ran paper logs back to my home terminal and then they put a tablet in. wow, thing is lightning fast it makes a world of a difference. removes 90% of the headache
