many a bug died from my first magnifying glass.

 

i don't know what's more dumb(er)...setting the grass on fire, or all the guys wearing the same pajamas and shirts.

i say we have a poll.

i go for...... look a like pj's and shirts.

 

Aint that the truth, alas many moons ago. But hey, at least he didn't shoot his eye out.....

 

That just means that Pa found a genuine mag glass optical that does not have the modern design that prevents focusing of the sun.

There are two kinds of mag glasses now. Within the last 20 or so years they make new ones to where it wont focus to set fires. The older ones is the ones you want.
