They’ve discontinued this one tire that’s worked good for me on my spread axle, the DuraTurn DA20. My southern tire marts don’t have them except down in Corpus, and would take weeks to ship they said with like 5 store transfers.
I found these guys on Ebay. They claim to have the tires at about $305 a tire with free shipping too. Thats about what I’ve paid for them in the past. I need four of them. Anybody have experience with tires off Ebay? To good to be true? Or should I just suck it up and buy the Toyo ones locally for $325 and risk if they’ll hold up on my first axle spread axle? Thanks in advance

Anybody ever buy tires off Ebay?

With eBay in general it is all about reviews. 95% positive which is fairly good.

Some of the tires are 2ed because of being out of round or small defects in tire, some buy buy them and resell them but not all, ck on who pays for returns?

Why not drive down and get em? You probably will have them in a day or two.

Simpletires is a well known retailer. Usually they are more expensive than other places.
For example I bought these Yokos for $380 a pieceHopeOverMope Thanks this. -
Thanks and sorry for the bother.
I found their actual web site and talked to a rep on the phone. She was real helpfull and gave me the Ebay price plus free shipping. 2-7 business days delivered straight to the home. Not bad, I really wanted to stick with this tire.
the name of this company is SimplyTire.com -

Now you can deduct them from this year's taxes if you already paid for them before midnight

I bought 8 doublecoin drives from a co. called World of Tires for around $2,800.00. off ebay. Delivered to my driveway at home. It's been about 8,000 miles now and no problems with them.

I never have, but my son tried to pull a fast one on me and did.
A few years back I bought a crotch rocket from my brother in law, which was 700 miles away, and just figured I would pick it up some day when I was passing through.
My son was in high school at the time and a couple of weeks later bought a set of monster mudders for his mud bog rig, about 50 miles from where the bike was located, he calls and ask if I wanted him to grab my bike while he was down there anyway. lol
I am like really, that is the closest tires you could find, but told him to go ahead.
I then called my sister and told her to make him load it without the key, and mail the key to my wife. lol
