Don’t forget Celedon just filed bankruptcy. CRE just paid out a huge settlement over the LP program (I got an unexpected $1500)

    Milkman719 and T.Rucker Thank this.

Hmmmm sounds like an over exaggeration to me. Here on the east coast I see Cre leased units EVERYDAY! Also Prime, Swift, Crst, Schneider, just to name a few of the megas.

Nobody really knows what the final outcome of Ab5 is going to be. So while SOME companies like landstar and Mercer MAY have terminated leases for some or most (not all) ca residents. Not ALL owner ops companies have. For instance Unigroup, Sirva, Atlas (both logistics and hhg) have not.

However since I dont have a dog in this hunt. I dont really care either way

Well done on paying it off, and glad to hear you're still out there.

You're moving forward at least, maybe not as quick or uneventfully as you'd like but it's still the right direction so keep it up, good luck.
