I would driver for twt refriferated out of spokane, wa...60 cpm they hire grads too. Reefer

Teams are more valuable and you should look hard for a solid company.

I dont recommend covenant transport as a first choice. Although the benefits are pretty good.

If your company uses freightliner ask for an older model.

I dont like the new freightliners for team driving. It feels more crammed and that stupid ladder is always in the way. I want those side steppers back.

I can see how its more comfortable if you are solo. But for 2 people its just awkward.

The bottom bed feels smaller. Dont think a couple could share it very well.

Keep us posted Jellybean; like to know which company you choose. Maybe help another husband/wife team in the future. Best wishes.

Me too, I found a good small company on Craigslist. Showed up, filled out some papers, took a drug test and then they gave me the keys to a KW and no drive test required!

Thank you to everyone who made recommendations. They were helpful and we researched all of them. We have decided to go with Covenant. Please wish us well. We are excited to get started and will be going to orientation on February 3rd. I will update once we've got started.
