Sign on bonuses are paid out when you are still employed after a specific time frame of months or a year or more.

Usually laid out on papers given to you at Orientation when to expect that partial or full payout of the monies depending on how much is involved. One company gave me 250 on top of 300 orientation and then 7th month paid the other 750 on top of payroll. For example.

maybe he just got cleaned and took two years? depending on stuff it can take a lot get off rather it be something like simple pot head issue or meth maybe some steroids and cocaine that last one know several people who that as a bodybuilder seen a lot of people jacked though most employers don't check for the roids.
