Looking for some information on Beelman out of East St. Louis in terms of home time. I mostly see day cabs in this area and figure they have to be predominantly local, which would be great. Job posting says availability to be out 3-5 days. Wondering how rare it is to be out that long. Any drivers out there?

I have a friend who retired from there. He hated every day he was with them. Some weeks they would run him ragged, other weeks he might work a day maybe two. Having a two income family will be useful and the ability to will also be useful. How he retired from there, I will never know.

I see A LOT of conflicting reports on this company. About 50% are completely happy and 50% say it's terrible. It could depend on what you want out of a company. That being said, I'm not too concerned on the quality at this point, as it's all perspective. I'm just curious what sort of home time is being offered out of E. STL

He did the day cab work and was home every night and one day during the weekend.

It will depend on the time of year and local work availability. With the reopening of the steel mill in Granite City, a lot of the trucks around the St Louis area are going to be home every night.

I tried to work for them but wasn’t ready at the time. I landed on my feet in food service delivery so I’m not mad. The get paid about $700+ a week my trainer told me. They stay busy to my knowledge because I live down the street of off highway 15 and when I’m out driving they are always leaving the rock quarry in Dupo. Go for it if you want...
