    Get ticket.
Ticket says "leave our yard at 5:15am. MUST BE ON SITE BY 6AM"

    it's 15-20 minutes away. ummmmmmmm
it's a car wash. (not a great big building where they work crazy hours). It gets light here around 7:15am.

    yeah, there's no way

But god forbid I say anything.
so I rolled out at 5:15am with my O/S load of aluminum trusses.

and sat on site in the pitch black reading my book from 5:30am via cab light until they started showing up around 7am.

Delivered a load of ground rubber that was painted green to a high dollar private school in D.C. I'm not sure what I did to deserve such special treatmen, but I do know trucks really shouldn't be in the neighborhoods near embassy row.

What do u guys think of the securement? I never hauled this before but just threw chains on until it looked good. All 4 corners directly secured to the chain holes on frame and then 6 chains over top, going to other side.

    If those
if those are 3/8 chains and 5400 pound binders like they look you have enough securement for a 86,400 pound piece. You’re more then fine. Good job driver.

Personally I would have just went with the for corner chains and a few straps.

I hauled a few of those tracks, the only thing different that I did was to take a 6x6 timber wedge it under the front and back. Then take a chain and pull the timbers into the track.

Probably not necessary but I had the timbers and it made me feel better. By the way, it road like a dream.

Yes 3/8 chains , not sure wat wll rating on the binders, guess i should look. Im used to running 5/16 chains n binders , just upgraded and spent a couple grand and bought all new equipment . I always been known to put overkill on everything lol oh well, where would u put straps on it , just over top of the track?
