    That is an old story that was posted on here last year. I commented then that the article was full of errors.
    There is no way 3000 pigs of that size would fit in one trailer. Look closely at the different pictures and you will see that some weigh maybe 20-25 pounds and the ones wading in the mud are probably 40-50 pounds.
    Even at the low end of 20-25 pounds, 3000pigs would weigh between 60000 and 75000 pounds on the trailer.

    Not old, message came across on peoplenet the other day.

    Chinatown might have linked the wrong story, date line is wrong.

    But if you do a Google search, it is surprising how many of them there are.

    Your right, he linked the wrong story.
    1700 piglets of that size I believe.
    I came through Des Moines about 1:00 that day. It must have happened shortly after I went through.
