Hired at 52 cpm per mile on flatbed. Regional work.
First paycheck was 42 cpm per mile.
Company will only repair trucks in Utah.
Had some electrical issues. Truck was filthy
with rotten food in refrigerator, dirt all over inside,
when first trip inspected. Detailed interior myself,
and when not paid agreed cpm, resigned.
Never received last dispatch.

Did they give a reason for the discrepancy?

Good for you for leaving ASAP.
I’m astonished by the number of mopes that come in here and complain, but yet It took them 6 months or a year to come to their senses and quit.deathB4decaf, mjd4277, TB John and 2 others Thank this. -
Like Frank said they probably wanted to see how long you would stick around.
First clue was/is the filthy truck. If that's how they welcomed new drivers...
CPM was a little low so I'm guessing W2 and not 1099. If that's the case you have recourse through the State- hopefully you kept all docunentation.
If it was 1099 you are SOL.
Good luck driver!
