    Truck turns over fine but won't start. However, if I take off the fuel filter and fill it with Diesel Kleen it will crank. I've changed the filter, replaced the fuel regulator sensor, replace a bad o ring. Any suggestions?

    So does it turn over or not? To crank means to turn over the engine with the starter.
