I have a 1996 international 4700 LP a DT466 having problem trying to get the truck started acting like an IPR valve problem so I replace the IPR valve and I'm noticing that the wires how are the IPR valve are both hot meaning they're both positive I'm looking for some kind of help on this I'm not sure if it's supposed to be two hots or if it supposed to be hot in the negative so I trace the wires and I don't see any false as far as I can see please help

You Tube Hoglund Buss IPR, DT problems and similar stuff. They have some pretty good information. It will take you some time to get through it. Maybe then you can fix it? If not you will have a lot better understanding of what questions to ask here. Some people on here know a lot about them.

12v to ipr and second wire computer controls resistance to control ipr. If plugged in will show voltage but unplugged should show 0v on one terminal. To test ipr you can ground out that wire while running to send pump to full stroke for max oil pressure test.
