That’s how I feel when I drive my Camaro!
It’s not the fastest (it doesn’t have to be)or the flashiest (again, doesn’t have to be),but it’s fun to drive. And even I get compliments on it. For me it’s about enjoying the drive.
(The Riverside Blue Metallic paint does accent the car well though, lol);)
Sometimes life isn’t about reaching the destination but enjoying the journey!

Petrolicious should be a thread by themselves. It's the best automotive cinematography on the web, and the interviews are great as well.

I saw that they auctioned off, for a charity, the very first mid-engine Corvette last night at Barrett-Jackson in Scottsdale. Vin # 001. Nascar owner Rick Hendrick paid $3,000,000 for it.

They made him buy it at auction?

Man, how's he gonna get it ready for Sebring on such short notice.

he’d have to start by building himself a flat plane 5.5L motor and go from there. i believe that has car been auctioned several times already, purchased by hendrick every time. charity.

i spent a fair amount of time yesterday figuring out where i’m going to put the 2 step activation in my camaro. i have some factory buttons to buy and take apart before i commit to anything. i’m afraid the canbus stuff is going to make it too difficult, but i won’t know until i get the buttons. trying to keep a stock interior appearance. also need to hide the shift light, but that will be easy.
