    It could be the Union is trying to organize the drivers where he works, the do not sign anything , you want the union you sign a card, enough card s signed, it goes to a vote. Was in the union in Chicago area, as an 0/0 and driver.

    The company will tell you the union is the worst thing in the world truth be told it isn't I've seen alot of jobs saved for petty stuff your guilty until proven innocent and a union let's you receive a trial
