As heavy pointed out i apologize for not updating.
So last thing we did was remove the shafts and send them to fleetpride here in Waterbury. I stopped in while they had the shafts and the main shaft only went into the slip joint about 2 inches. Guy working on them said that was no where near enough. He's been fixing and balancing drive shafts for over 20 years. I forget exactly what my run off was but it was horrendous. Off by a lot! Anyway I installed all new yokes and ujoints even yoke on rear of tranny. Because the shaft wasn't going into the slip joint enough it was fairly quickly ruining any new ujoint or yoke I'd install on drive line.
As far as the shake goes. The trucks is better than it ever has been since I bought it. I still have a slight hop at 70 mph but the 40mph shake/hop is all but gone. I can deal now and am very pleased. It took an immense amount of effort to figure this out. This winter I'm sliding out my suspension and rears and cleaning up my double frame and installing freightliner air leaf suspension from a.cutoff with same ratio rears in it.

    Oxbow and Heavyd Thank this.

Freightliner suspension is what everyone I talk to advised me to install. Great riding somewhat inexpensive suspension. And parts are a lot easier to find than my neway (NO WAY) air beam.

    Oxbow Thanks this.

Yeah lack of slip travel will pound the trans output shaft and power divider input shaft pretty hard over the bumps.

Ive never drove on an airliner before but have taken some measurements. I has better anti-squat numbers than all the Z spring setups, on account of that big drop hanger mount off the frame for the main pivot. I have one kicking around out back for my MDT some day.

I stuck the Airliner under my old A model W900. Dead simple and everyone I talk to says its one of the best riding suspensions.

I would say yes because that's the axle closest to your load mass. At least what I've seen on 2 axle tractors. Not positive with tri
