    Whenever I hear an unusual noise, I pull over where it is safe to do so, and look over my truck.

    But to see a dark, shadowy figure that close to your truck and not stop to investigate is highly irresponsible.

    This driver is going to the can.

    Yep. Driver crossed a scale 10 minutes after the accident, and they used those pics to track him down.

    That's sad.

    I will say though that I've been seeing a lot more ppl walking on the side of the fwy and roads these days. Very dangerous thing to do.
