Need Female Co-Driver w/in 300 mi of KY, $1500-2K net per wk

Hello !
I have a job offer where the company will put both of us thru 6 wks of paid company training for a team dedicated reefer acct. all co-drivers go thru this training first, as in enter training at same time & exit at same time & then team together. is 5-8 days out in length depending on weather/traffic etc & then HT. Run is out to California to get loaded/do pick ups & then go to final dely in PA. It’s like a 2500 mile + run. Training pay is $800 per wk. once teaming u take home $1500-$2000 per week per driver.

I’m looking for a co-driver for ASAP or very near future. I’m already approved still need to drug test but I will pass that no problem. They like to wait until u know ur going to make a decision in less than 30 days so they don’t have to retest.

Looking for female driver like me: non smoker, good hygiene, ok with doing whatever work that falls in ur shift. A night driver where we can run 12 & 12. I’m good at day driving (traffic doesn’t bother me) & whatever falls on my shift I can handle. truck is a KW T680 automatic.

I’m in Corbin KY area right off I-75 & u need to be within 300 miles max from me. After our run I can drop u off at home & return to pick u up to head out to California for origin loads.

i should clarify about driving nights & hometime:

about night driving:
the company prefers drivers working 12 & 12. meaning one driver works 12 hrs & whatever work falls on their shift they do it. & then the other driver takes over for the next 12 hrs etc. so that drivers maintain a regular sleep pattern = good for safety. i have worked like that before (as a day driver, pulling doubles) & its very smooth as long as one driver is truly a night driver. meaning they prefer nights. & on their days off they are maintaining the same sleep pattern bcs that's whats easy for them. i wish i still had my co-driver from that run cause it was so smooth.

& about hometime:
no team goes home after every run. we stay out for a min of 2 weeks at a time. so bcs the run varies in length from 5-8 days hometime is not specific its whenever it happens, might fall on a weekend or might not. if we stay out 2 wks its 2 days of HT. but we can stay out longer if wanted. Im flexible, right now I could stay out 2 - 3 wks. **but if we stay out a month we get 5-7 days of HT**. which is nice bcs then u can plan stuff. so we can work this out between us, what would you like for hometime?

sorry did reply earlier not sure what happened. .... anyways the "12 hr shift" means (of course occuring within the 14 hr window once your clock has been started) 10 hrs of drive time + 30 min of on-duty time (approx 15 min pretrip & 15 min post trip) + 30 min off-duty time (your DOT mandatory break) = approx 11 hrs of time passing so far. then est approx 1 hour of drive time is still available if needed to simply drive more if possible or allow for any slow downs that keep you on asphalt driving. such as entering & exiting truck stops or rest areas, or parking if needed (not too much on a team truck tho). or you could also get fuel if needed if you didnt already do that during your pretrip etc (fueling wouldn't take you an hour but you get the point right?).

so the 12 hours of work day passing could be thought of as 10 hrs of driving + 30 min of driving dealing with delays + 30 min of driving dealing with maneuvers + 30 min on-duty time for pre/post inspections & a 30 min off-duty break. something like that. before its time to switch to the other driver.

the 12 hrs is an estimate & whatever work falls on your shift -- be it driving a little or alot or at customer or scaling or fueling or weigh station etc -- is the work you do in that approx timeframe. then you switch & repeat. is that helpful to clarify?
