What color is the smoke

When you idle for a while do you get kind of a burnt oil smell and a little white smoke and then it clears up?

Turbo time!

The only other thing it could be is if you have a cylinder bypassing oil when it’s cold and idling, but usually it won’t smoke after you shut it off a turbos about the only thing that will usually do that but it’s definitely oil from a cylinder or oil bypassing turbo seals!
