Need a little help. I have a 98 dt466e that when it warms up it drop 1 2 and 3 cylinders. Only does it after running 15-20 minutes. Already replaced IDM , Oil pump and fuel pressure is aound 50 psi. Only does it once it heats up. Oh and it all started at once. Any ideas.
    Thanks

You need to figure out which one it drop first and go from there, probably wiring issue to that injector or the injector itself.

They all drop at once. Turn off the truck and let it set for a few minutes it runs fine and then drop again.

Probably a shorted injector coil that needs a certain temp to fail at. ECM cannot pinpoint which one, so kills the bank, (1, 2 and 3).

You need to have a scanner hook up and monitor diagnostic code at the time of drop off. It will show which injector first than will shows all three. That why you will know which one the replace.

Gonna pass this on but the shop was saying it didn't show 1 individual injector dropping it's the whole bank at once. This is a 96 model idk if it shows individual injectors. I do know when it's hooked up to the laptop you can't cut off each injector like you can on the later engines. It only let's you do bank 1 or 2.

One thing you can do is measure injector coils resistance when engine is cold. (I would measure all injector at valve cover). And again when at operating temp. or when injector dropping. If any injector is measuring more than that you need to inspect injector harness under valve cover and measure injector directly.
