My birth control prescription was originally prescribed to help me lose weight but that's an outdated notion. She wasn't a great dr. I dont take it. It just sits there. I am overweight but stable. Not gaining.

It depends on where you go for a PCP and who they are tied to or affiliated with. My PCP is tied with Centura Health, so any Physician that's affiliated with them can look and see. Also, many DOT Dr's, if they have suspicions can call your PCP, since you're supposed to list it, and ask what prescriptions you are taking. Also, if it is a prescribed drug, that can search the data bases for you by name.

I'm willing to be proven wrong. This is a near-anonymous board and you're still being evasive about the scrip/meds. Something's off.
Again - willing to be proven wrong. -
You calling me a liar? Here come the “tough guy” truckers. It’s Zoloft and you don’t know jack about any drs database, keep holding that steering wheel and counting you pennies little guy.

By law in the USA all doctors etc are required to look any one waiting to be seen via the States Prescription Monitoring Board database which is a living document etched in stone filled by your Pharmacist primarily when filling any medicine. Particularly Schedules one through three.
You are required to have your original medicines in the original prescription bottle with the correct original label and correct in pill count against the 31st day refill date. It will be counted and verified. any shorts, diverts, abuse, etc is reported to the PMB under your personal SSN etc.
Trucking doctors take into account a huge amount of considerations when examining someone for DOT medical card. ANY medicine such as Zoloft etc that can call Mental Health into question may require the prescriber of that medicine to write a letter certifying you ok to drive a 18 wheeler. Otherwise the DOT doctor will take a safe course and not allow you to proceed with Zoloft. Its up to him or her and not for negotiation.
Thats all I say here. All states in the Union are involved individually with this special program. Its very effective. -
