Can somebody list Insurances that all brokers want to work with?
I know for Progressive, Berkshire Hathaway and Great West.

If I remember correctly, it boils down to the AM Best rating. If the insurance company does not have a good rating or is not rated by AM Best, then it’s a problem for brokerage companies. You want at least a rating in the As.

What about National Truck Underwriters, National Indemnity Company, Travelers, or Nationwide?

Keep in mind that some “insurance” companies are not real insurance companies. They are like insurance brokers who shop and negotiate insurance for you. These insurance brokerage companies will not appear in AM Best. Only actual insurance companies will show. If you’ll be using an insurance broker, tell them you want an insurance company with an A or higher.

My Insurance Broker called, Northland is increasing my premium from $8370, last year, to $9255, to renew. No claims, WTF? Anyone deal with North west? Directly? Or through Ins Agency? All my Agent came up with is one choice,$8500, for a non A-rated company. I think someone’s sleeping on the job.I should ask, if anyone has good experience with insurance Companies for a Policy, written for Michigan based Carrier.

How is Progressive on commercial vehicle claims?
I can tell you on the four-wheeler side of things, they are one of the most despised mega insurance companies by body shops nationwide.Rideandrepair and PE_T Thank this.
