Sand Hauling Jobs starting back up?

They are back up and running for now how long that’s gonna last no telling but the rates are a freakin joke worked for Savage for a lil but dam these companies be insane can’t take the boxes with you so you have to dead head everyday to pick up boxes from site then go load and go back to site ohh and let me tell you once a well is done you have to pick the boxes from that site load and take them to the new site which is pretty ridiculous if you are having to dead head so much sit on the site for 1-2 hours at a time to get unloaded so basically your making 600-800 a day and still have to pay diesel from that which is about 150-200 so you tell me if it’s worth it. As an O/O not worth the wear and tear on my trucks not for that money.

 

Hit the nail on the head. Thats why were pulling vans around and making more than we were pulling boxes working a 7/1 schedule. We got 75hr detention tho whenever we sat. If everything clicked and we each got our 3 loads a day it was 1250-1300 per truck but you know how often #### happens in the field
