Two People Killed in Fuel Tanker Truck Explosion on I-85 near Atlanta, Ga

I think in coming up on 15 years, I've only ever passed 1 gas can. The other 10,000 have gone by me like I was tied to a tree.

 

God rest their souls. I hope they didnt feel the flames licking their bodies.

 

Geez! R.I.P. to the victims! That’s 10 minutes from the Tucker terminal and not too far from the Norcross Quik Trip where a truck laid over almost sliding into the fuel pumps!!

 

I grew up right in that area. I was going to go to a friend's house yesterday to get some help on my car who lives probably 10 miles from where the accident occurred. Needless to say my plans cancelled after I realized traffic was going to be a major issue all day long. RIP to the ones who died

 

Came by it ,northbound was a nightmare,they had half the interstate turned around.

It is the tanker yankers and the hopper or end dumps. In such a hurry always it seems.
