I just found this minor leak on the oil filter housing. It’s hard to see where exactly it’s leaking from. This is on a 2014 Freightliner Cascadia with a DD15.
Where is This Oil Leak Coming From?

almost looks like some sort of "ball plug", that is used to plug up a hole(s) when the casting is drilled out for passage ways.

all dd15s one day will leak there... unscrew that cup and replace the o-ring. p/n DDE A4729970145

While we are at oil leaks, is this leaking from head gasket? 2013 DD13 with 350k miles.

most likely camshaft housing gasket could be valve cover gasket too..
