Yeah I got a nice load coming out of Gurdon AR going to Grand Ledge MI. It's always nice to start the week with 1000 mi on monday.

 

I got that load a few weeks back...(dont turn left out of the shipper...two 37 ton bridges and a 26 ton bridge)

BTW, who did you get for a FM? (if you don't mind me askin)

Most weekend loads are around 1000 miles...so far anyway.

 

Man I had a busy week. Got a little over 2700 this week. BTW RR I'm with Graylin out of Gary. He's a pretty good guy so far and does his job promptly so I have no problems yet. Also I run 100% legal and I still post good numbers running 58-60mph. My truck will run about 72 flat out according to the GPS.

 

Happy to hear you're doing good...I had a rough week too, but its over now (2800 for me...the most I've had since coming back)

My FM is in Little Rock (its MG, and she is great)

I get all the miles I want runnin legal...and peace of mind too.

I see you got one of the "gifted" (70+ mph) trucks too...if you ever pass any of the other drivers that have the 65 mph trucks you might get dirty looks...LOL.

I got the short end of the stick for a weekend load this time though...650 miles. But it was my turn I reckon...no big deal. I'm in Tuscaloosa gettin a restart right now, gotta be in Orangeburg, SC Monday at 7am.

 

I went by HQ a few weeks back on the way to TX and seen a sign now hiring drivers. I was wondering if I could park my purple pete there for the night....

 

I was just thinking about PMing you notarps...just to see how it was goin. I hadn't seen you on here much lately figured you must be keepin busy.

 

Yeah, I been stepping and fetching. I usually post when I am waiting it out for the right load or doing a restart.

 

I ended up getting hosed on my weekend load. I went home empty instead. Sucks but thats ok. I'll make it up. BTW I've heard great things about MG. I wish AJ was still with Maverick. He was fantastic.
