$14.50 is less than what NY has proposed 2020 minimum wage at $15.... why would you do that?

Trucking is an industry where so many love to work cheap/free. In what other job do people high-five each other over penny raises? $14.50/hr who would agree to hand bomb freight for such paltry wages?
