    VOLVO VNL 780 2015.
    -20 degrees Celsius. Truck doesn’t start. When the temperature from -10 till 0 degrees it runs good but engine starts with the delay when I turn ignition on .

    -20 C that engine does not shut off. You would have a dead truck on your hands. Engine running = life in that kind of cold. No wonder.

    When you turn on the key, wait for all the lights to go out on the dash. Other than low air. One may be an indicator for glow plugs if your truck has them. When it’s really cold, you may have to plug in a block heater.

    Under 0deg let it run or plug it in. If not you will need a kerosene heater to thaw it out to get it started.
