    Arkansas is no better. Any given day I 40 here east of little rock will have it's share of wrecks that royally screws up everything for a day.

    That usually solves alot of problems. We have been rebuilding US 67 to I-57 future code with three lane up to Jacksonville now. The next stretch goes to Cabot hopefully. But the pavement replacement is dire need all the way up to the State Line as well as bridge replacement and engineering to get above flood grade that closed the freeway a few times.

    Just from the video clip... It looks to me the the little white car probably lost it on slick wet road, which probably caused a rather abrupt brake check... Combined that with the likely following to close and slick or wet roads... Bad Ju-Ju.
