Bill of ladings are requured by regulation and shipping and brokering laws and to be kept within driver reach for required presentation.
Load yourself up with some hazmat and go get inspected without a bol if you believe your own words.

 

I carry a stack of blank bills with me that I fill out in every load. We’re not talking about hazmat.
