    I had one accident the entire time of training and it was a pole, there's also students who have done much worse then I did, #### I've seen drivers with 20 years experience cause bad accidents on the freeways alot of times these last mouths, it's not just me dude but I dont care anymore prime did me a favor, I dont have to be a slave anymore and will not stand for it again.

    And perhaps if you actually got to sleep in tnt instead of being ran into the group maybe I wouldn't have had the stupid accident to begin with, obviously it isn't even that big of a deal considering I dident even get a ticket I immediately got another job makeing more then I did as a trainee and only having to work 40 hours a week home every night.

    Been there! I scraped another Prime trailer in California (reported it myself), and ALMOST took out an electrical pole in Eastern New Mexico / Western Texas during my TNT phase. There was a lot of luck in me getting out of TNT with my CDL.

    Ya it happens I'm glad prime fired me, now prime can say I bailed I was told to leave.

    Psd is when you have your permit and you go and learn the basics then after you pass your test
    A couple, tnt trucking, navorro trucking, the pst office because they already hired me to be a mailman and they pay 20 bucks a hour out here where I'm at.

    My fave is the following too close or swerving to miss something and you get a safety message. Mine has slammed on the breaks when nothing was there.

    Oh yeah, ya can't forget those ones. Never got many "following too close" because I was always going too slow to follow anything, but the safety messages were always a nice way to tell me how bad of a driver I am by somebody that probably never drove themselves.

    Yesterday I was driving and got to thinking. I think I finally get the Prime "thing." Basically it's like this:
    "We can guarantee Freightliner and Peterbilt and Utility and Thermo King and Carrier a ton of truck and trailer and reefer and APU sales, as long as they they give us warranties. Warranties keep their guys employed, and our equipment running. THEN we make a load of cash on top of that by delivering freight places, like we're a truck driving company... THEN we can skim a load of cash off the top of THAT for 'teaching' some little kiddies how to drive trucks. THEN! Then we push 'em out onto a truck of their own where they either get driven face-first into the ground with exhausting, unending work, or we do the same while we make them pay off their own equipment."

    It's pretty smooth little operation they got going.

    Did I ever tell y'all about the 3 weeks that Swift parked my ### so hard I had net-zero paychecks? Regardless of the logo on the cab door, if your dispatcher ain't gettin' you the miles, you can and do get paid less than $900/wk

    If I was parked for 3 weeks by a company l would’ve been GONE after the 3rd DAY!!! Bring the truck to a terminal,clean my stuff out and look for another job!!
