Ok, Thx.... My company runs the Midwest and East.... Paid by the day,not by the mile. The plant out of GB ships to Minn area often, Iowa, Ill...but those are Midwest. Plus the Tractor accident would be a no go for now...

There’s several job sights you can look at besides Indeed, Simplyhired, Ziprecruiter, CareersinGears, Jobs2Careers to name a few. Heck even TTR can help

yeah it was when I first started driving and it was minimal damage so there was no fine or anything like that. Didn't have to go to court or anything. Kind of surprised that I don't have more accidents than that one because I went from the medical field 2 independently driving a semi which I've never I know nothing about before in my life, all of this in less than three weeks which is disgusting if you ask me. The farthest from safe. I had to teach myself how to drive because CDL classes I took I was the only female and I honestly feel like I was treated differently and not taken seriously at all. So I didn't get the same type of practice as the other students. 1 1/2 Weeks Later I got my CDL by the grace of God and then I went out with a trainer for 5 days and then I was on my own. I really hope that other companies can understand my situation and also appreciate the fact with what I had to work with to become a driver and the short amount of time it took and acknowledge facts the accident happen almost a year ago. Hopefully I can find a company that is more understanding. Please don't feel offended by my comment. This is never my intention. Also, thank you for coming into the conversation, I appreciate it :)

There are 1.000's of trucking companies for you to choose from. Find the one that feels compatible to you from a professional and lifestyle standpoint.. You have one year of Class A experience. You have one accident and one ticket.

Do not volunteer any information that is not asked for. Do not use ten words when two will do. If you decide to leave your present employer voluntarily, then make sure that you give a simple response when asked why you left. You do not need to give a two paragraph dissertation.

Make sure to get updated copies of your MVR, DAC Report and your PSP report.
    Goodluck!

I would almost bet my pay check they sent you to concentra. I lost a great job because of those quacks.

$20K at 75,000 miles is $0.26/mi. You will make more than that just about anyplace you go.I made more than that driving non-CDL CMV's. Under 150 miles I was paid by the hour. Over 150 miles I made $0.50 to $0.55/ mile plus paid motel and minimum $35/day meal credit. Still saving up to pay for my CDL on my own so I'm not beholden to a company for a year or more. SoCal is expensive, so it's taking time to save.

My wife and I were team oo's at orange, and she had the same issue with a ####ing CPAP. We did some research, and found Schneider is linked to the testing facility they use. Long story short, it's a friggin scam to bilk already underpaid drivers outta even more money.

We were the number one team they had after our 3rd month, but left at 4 because that ######## $1.30 @ mile they avg teams was ridiculous. Running FedEx, Ca-NJ and back in a week only paid a bit over $6500, and after fuel, truck payment, etc, we'd bring home maybe $1000 a week between the both of us!!! Some big wig even tried to talk us outta leaving, but they can go kick rocks, pound sand, suck a big fatty..... went back to open deck driving and couldn't be happier.
