461 power units with 318 drivers.......

I wonder with that many power units did they have more drivers in the past?

A lot of those bobtails sitting in the lot are those really old junk internationals. I was able to get a Peterbilt when hired on.

Not too many problems with it except for sensors keep going bad and take time to get replaced. Otherwise I would say it’s a fairly well maintained truck.

I am at home this week, and looking to go back out next week.

Have you guys been running or have things slowed down?

Anyone getting stuck somewhere because of shutdowns?

Any critical qualcom messages sent to the trucks that I may have missed out on?

Nobody has called me, but at this company, they barely communicate anyway.

 

I have to chuckle. When I saw the thread "Poly Trucking." I for some reason imagined someone in poly relationships across the country while trucking. lol

 

They haven't said one word about the virus.
Only message we got was, we still have to run leagal.
Grand Prairie's been jam packed full of trucks
Trying to get loaded.

I haven't stopped in a month.
I'm on the board for Monday.
Outbound just called me and they need drivers
For Sunday.
Seems like it's more busy to me.

 

Yeah so busy that they load contractors before us and then end up having to take the load because it gets postponed. Just hope you pick the right load so you're one of the ones that get loaded and not one of the ones that get postponed.

 

Luckily Ive been out west for the past month.
I just got back to GP on Monday.
Total cluster####.

 

Yeah they have a lot going on. I was told they will probably ship the most they ever have in a month this month by a supervisor. Sure does look like it to me lol.
