Im guessing rumors are true then. Makes no sense to punish entire fleet like that if due to ppl that can't stop crashing and speeding. That is going to hurt miles, no more getting 2000 miles in 3 days when conditions are good for it. Is what it is I guess. Bet a lot of drivers leave over that one. Faster trucks are a recruiting incentive.

 

Called the shop about it,they wouldn't neither confirm nor deny it.

Bet there worried about just that,if they send out a message drivers will leave.

Couple more years bet this company will be ruined,hope not.

I was thinking same thing but still trying to be positive. I pray for this place everyday and those that work here.

 

Saw a Knight international parked across from me while taking my 30 min break today that had two huge melted holes on both sides of his bumper where it looks like he tried or someone tried to wire two of those cheap car fog lamps in and started a fire. One of those tiny fog lamps was still hanging on. Those car fog lamps wouldn't have really helped much on a big truck.....

 

I was going to do also the same thing.

May be some drivers already left after the w-2,i know i wasnt impressed this year(i blame my new dispatcher for failing to inspire me to do a better job),so....that may save the speed limit for now.
