Moving from LA to Denver NEED HELP

How is work during the winter.

It snows and gets cold in Colorado. Work slows down.

 

I’d suggest contacting some company to see if you can get a contract with some to get work

 

Not sure about Denver, but the smaller towns are experiencing a huge growth phase. Every town with a mountain view, wants to be a new Vail. People are coming to Colorado from California in droves, buying land, and putting up condos. Denver is a hole, and I won't go there unless I absolutely have to. I live in central Co. and dump trucks seem to have a lot of work,,,come Spring. Might have to hang iron, if that's a problem.

 

Denver is supposed to be rebuilding the I-70 in the middle of town and many of the roads need to be maintained from spring until the snows come again. Contact the big construction companies that do that work. Traffic. ain't going to say any more.

 

Why are you moving out of California?
Why are you moving to Colorado with out knowing the answers to the questions that you have asked?

 

If your emissions system functions properly, you'll be fine. Some counties require testing, some do not.

 

Using the on ramp on I-25 north bound at the 215 mile post on more than one occasion there have been emissions testing equipment checking cars. I don't know if they are also checking trucks.

 

Probably because people are fed up with Californias shenanigans. 691,000 people left Cal. last year. Colorado is fast becoming the new California. I read, Amazon bought 65 acres in COS, and are putting up the biggest DC. That should help traffic that's already gridlocked in that area.
