Have you seen those 12 gauge stainless steel slugs from D Dupleks?

This is my open carry wheel gun. I usually open carry when I am riding on steel. Had a cop follow me into a diner to get a better look at my gun. I pulled the gun out, unloaded it and handed it to him. Good dude...he was the one that got me into fixed blade knives for a weak hand draw (in case of a scuffle over the sidearm). I also carry a 9mm backup and my trusty Shockwave on steel. 97122CAB-FFBB-4C08-A156-3BCABB0B886F.jpeg

Doesn’t sound like a bad idea, also thinking about getting a German Shepherd and having a riding companion

Thats a pretty orderly looking cabinet.

I kept a small range bag. It gathers everything. The elephant shells is in the military ammo cans, much good they do there.

I may get into about a reproduction or modern copy of the old 1873 with a short rail above the chamber forward for the Acog. Its only good up to a couple hundred yards so... the next issue is what caliber. So.. lots to think about. It would be a modern carbine/rifle in every way, just on that old pattern from those days.

I think we are looking at a future that may or may not be optimal. We'll see.
