I was thinking of making the leap into Carolina Logistics/ Delta Express as an owner operator. They claim to offer 90% of the load but it's ambiguous, is it 90% of the actual brokered load or 90% of what you decide to make up and tell me? I am looking for inside information: What kind of company is it? Do they hold your 1st check 2 weeks? How much are drivers actually grossing per week? Things of that nature, please let me know....Thanks
Are there any "Carolina Logistics/Delta Express" drivers in here?????

I enjoy working For DELTA EXPRESS or rather working with since I have my own agreement with an Owner Operator who leased on with Delta.
We rent their refer and their dispatch is really really good.
They are really big on keeping their cvsa score high so they are on it on all mechanical issues. But you want your equipment in great working condition anyways for safety for yourself.
I've only been with them 6 months but I've had no real issues. I get sent to where I want. If I say I find me a load to Seattle from LA ( cause I'm from Los Angeles) ...they will find a few and tell me the options....
See Delta gets 22% so they want you to get the best loads. Everyone gets paid in the end so its fair.
I'm loving it so far. My owner operator not so much.....the guy thinks that because he pays for the fuel that he can HIJACK MY PILOT POINTS.
I told the owner to get his license and own Pilot rewards card ....I WOULD quit a boss or client that tried to take my LOVES POINTS or my PILOT POINTS.. .tgats the only small slice of heaven we drivers get out on the roasldBigHossVolvo Thanks this.
