DFW area is. The rent in Ft. Worth is going through the roof. A 1 bedroom is over $1200, and I've seen them as high as $3200. It's just crazy.

 

Be glad you found out sooner rather than later. Good riddance to her. ... Why move anywhere? Live out of your truck for a couple of years and bank as much as possible while you consider where you really want to be in the future.

Getting a female saddle broke before marriage is really challenging sometimes =) Its not for everyone.

I suppose the ladies would give just as good for the menfolk as well when it is in the realm of teasing.

 

Rotflmao.... My experience is that lots of females are born or quickly conditioned to marriage... meaning being a domestic servant and emotional cheerleader...in return for support being a mom.
Men are not domesticated until the women are done with all that and ready to be more footloose and fancy free lol.. at age 18 she's clinging and he's running, fast forward 30 years and it's the exact opposite.
There's always those sociopaths tho, cheaters and liars. They come in all shapes and sizes...

l put all my stuff in storage and went OTR. Nowhere was home. Give me the best load you have. when the truck went in the shop, rent a motel with a pool. l lasted 7 years then bought an old Peterbilt conventional and flatbed (cash) and started hauling in Calif while sneaking into southern Oregon and Nevada.

 

l read that in Von Ormy, Texas, there is no property tax. You could actually own your land.
