Yes, list it and have some good excuse as to why you're quitting.
You prefer longer runs or something like that.
Don't badmouth the company during a job interview or you probably won't be hired.

Best thing is not to quit and make up some phony excuse to get home and out of the truck. Even if you have to pull the old death in the family card or what not.

If you are still active at the old company no one will care. If you quit or get fired it is a serious blemish IMHO.

Get out as quickly as you can. Three weeks won't look bad.
Just put down on applications... quit... If they ask... just say.. "Too many red flags."

I had one tanker company in Little Rock I totally forget the name of the #### outfit. But anyway. The day I stood in the owner's office half the evening waiting on insurance, a driver quit in the Galloway Petro leaving (Abandoning) a 70,000 dollar load of cream. (Which is really good compared to plain milk...)

I told owner, let's get me grab that rig and we go now.

    No.

Take a dry van and broker load to Carolinas. And beat around the Carolinas for two weeks slamming doors on 150 mile hauls. I finally told that broker where he can stick it, wife was fixing to tell me where I can stick it and recruiter for JBH was hiring me at almost twice the mileage rate at that time. We spent most of tennessee negotiating on the cell phone going back to Little Rock to quit.

Companies like that is a wasted effort totally. I hired on to run tankers and get stuck in pineville on loads that don't have any profit in them.

No way. Just cuz u took a whiz quiz doesnt mean you have to list the job. Plenty of jobs require the drug test before starting, only for the new hire to turn around and never even start their first day of work there. Does that then mean that you have to list that job cuz u took a drug test even though u never worked there?

If its a mickey mouse operation, then tell em to pound sand. At 3 wks, I'd say dont even put it down on apps. If it was a month or more, then I'd say list it.
