    Saying that he wants a trucks only toll is BS. Within a year he’d say that every vehicle will pay a toll because “insert whatever reason here”.

    I think we're all going to end up with some kind of toll or tax before too long.

    With battery operated vehicles on the horizon. States will be losing fuel taxes
