I looked at that one for awhile and unfortunately it was just a little too deep for my catwalk. I went with a long (60") black steel underbody box from Tractor Supply. It looks like this but is Tractor Supply brand:

Mine is 18x18x60 and it made a big difference for me and my stuff. All smelly truck liquids and big tools are in there including straps, battery powered blower for trailer cleaning and a few truck parts.
Left side under bunk I have tool box and water tank for hand washing and chains in their original bag. Right side is mostly taken up by the HVAC and APU but I still have a bag of chains and a few things in there.
Here's my ultimate goal, even though I pull a dry van:
