Lost air pressure. Changed governor. Checked air from compressor not very strong. I can feel compressor sucking air in.
Exhaust to dryer I can hold finger over opening. Very little pressure.
I need a mechanic/ tow. I'm near Springdale Montana. 95 miles west of Billings on I90.
    Suggestions are welcome.
    Thanks.

Stack open or broken unloader valve in compressor head. Try to spray some WD-40 in compressor intake to loose soot deposits. And try to disconnect 1/4 inch airline from air dryer to eliminate faults from dryer.

Disconnect both intake and pressure side so compressor can blew out WD-40 and soot. Cover pressure side with rag or it will be over your face.

    HoneyBadger67 and xsetra Thank this.

Don't do that. Others may learn from your experience.

    No
    ew minutes.
I opened both intake and exhaust.
Sprayed wd40 . Let sit for a few minutes.
Idled up, no change in air pressure.

The reason I asked for delete. I had decided to call a tow truck. Since it's Friday afternoon and I don't want to hang out on the interstate all weekend.

    I will post repair required.
    I changed governor.
I did remove all connections at air dryer and air compressor.
I had system air none from compressor.

I can feel air getting sucked in to compressor. Not as much coming out.

I sprayed wd40 in to unloader valve. No improvement.

I took both lines off. Sprayed in the intake. Nothing much comes out the other side.
