Earned class b license via work, required 3 months of employment yet fired in half that time.

Only the state can revoke your license.

 

A private company cannot "revoke a CDL".

Once a third party tester notifies the State that a driver applicant passes skills tests administered by them their role in the process is done.

If you have a CDL, you have a CDL. Nothing a company can do can change that. The company may charge you for it per any sort of contract, but they cannot revoke it. Period.

If you call back, have them give you the regulations, but most likely they didn't understand what you were asking.

Now if all you got a CLP, that's may be a bit different with the new training laws out there.

P.S. DOT has nothing to do with issuing the CDL, It's either DMV or SOS depending on state.

DOT = Department of Transportation
DMV = Department of Motor Vehicles
SOS = Secretary of State

 

What state are you in? I can find no law either Federal or State that allows this.

They can't revoke your CDL. It is given by the state. Tell them to suck rope and move on.

the state is about the only entity that can take it away from you.
