No they don't. Most ltl use both. The small single axle trucks with no fairings on them are for local only most of the time.

They do pay OT but there hourly pay is about 5 to 6 bucks less than OD and estes and the pension is screwed. If your dead set on union go to ABF...

Hotplate has it spot on. All the ltl companies have there own can of BS and in the long run all of them will have cameras. Alot of ltl guys only...
Don't worry about the OT I know in NC estes makes about 2.20 more per hour than saia so at the end of the day it basically about the same estes...
Starting pay is probably around 22.50. Start times vary from terminal to terminal. I would say somewhere between 12 and 2pm.
If that ain't enough money then you better find a different career because that's about as good as your gonna get in trucking unless you work for ups.
