Unhook your amp and replace the fuse. As soon as I did the fuse did not blow. I think the amp shorted out.
Update: I took the amplifier out and put in a new 25 amp fuse and now the radio works all the time when the truck is running and does not shut...

Update: Now only the upper rear speakers work and only for one hour at a time and then the unit shuts itself off.
