Tires out of ballance or round will cause this.
I just tried to get 24.5 low pro steers and cant find any ended up switching to 22.5 rims and 22.5 talls to match my 24.5 low pro drives.
Maybe a leaking egr cooler.
I had a tranny cooler go and mine didn't last 3 weeks after it filled with coolant that trans cooler got expensive really quick.
oil cooler can cause it also.
It pulls really good and I get about 6.5 mpg but I dont beat on it either.
Not really I have a flatbed and a step mostly just pull small bolts,nails and screws from job sites.

just hope pins come out if they have not been greased regularly they might be a little tough.
I watched him do it didnt look to hard to do just pulled pins from shackles and cut the u bolts used new pins and u bolts.
I got mine from a spring shop that makes them way cheaper than kenworth and it took my mechanic about 5 hours to do with alot of distractions.
I had both sides replaced on my w900 for $1200 installed you need to find them cheaper there are plenty of shops that make springs out there.
You might as well stay in florida until march or april when it starts to warm up.
I dont see any edge protection at all or any securement between the top to bottom. plus whats with the dunnage up on end makes it easy to shift.
