With Saia the drop/hook is figured into your dispatch. We would get .45 of an hours pay with every dispatch you pulled pups and you were expected...
If you have 18 months of experience you’ll start at .70 a mile. If you have no LTL experience I’m not sure what you’d start at. .65 maybe?
Zero dock work in my experience but I think there’s a few short hub runs that require dock work. Ask the TM you interview with what kinda runs...
