Seems like the front two bags are getting 90%, the rear two on the front axle are 80% and the four rear axle bags, might be 50%. I don’t hear any leaks in the cab or outside. Can switch dumps air fine and when switched to “raise”, it starts to fill but doesn’t complete.

Is the rod for the leveling valve at 90*?
mile marker 27, Magoo1968 and Bean Jr. Thank this. -
I apologize but I’m not at the truck, at the moment. Only valves I saw were the leveling valve and a valve that’s supplied air from the leveling valve. After that, all bags are basically linked together. I really don’t understand why I’m seeing what I’m seeing, with the front bags having more air than the rest. Shouldn’t they be equalized?

I'm assuming you're empty, or bobtail? Yeah, they're all the same. Are you just gauging off of feel?
You mentioned it lowers and raises with the dump. Did you have the brakes released?mile marker 27, Isafarmboy and Bean Jr. Thank this. -
Yeah, I’m gauging off feel and looks. Fronts, look and feel much tighter.
I dropped from an end dump and hooked to a hopper that I haven’t pulled since February. I tried it with brakes released, as well. -
Does the truck sit level ? I vaguely remember a older t600 with the 8 bag system I drove for a bit the back was lower than the front so airbags appeared different to have different inflations but it drove smooth..
mile marker 27 Thanks this. -
Never noticed it to be unlevel.

What kind of leveling valve do you have? (Picture)? Is there 1 leveling valve or 2?
mile marker 27 Thanks this. -
I’ll have to get a pic of it this afternoon. There’s one valve with linkage to the back of the rear differential, that has air supplied from up from tanks. That valve has a line coming from it, going to a small valve on the left frame rail, that then supplies air to all 8 bags.
OLDSKOOLERnWV Thanks this. -
I would think the small valve is your dump valve. Pics of both valves would help, and maybe pic of the truck from the side when inflated, and the leveling valve pic when inflated.mile marker 27 Thanks this.
