i can only go by what little i see in that short video, and that is, the trucker KNEW what he was doing..i mean c'mon, you truck slows down for some reason, and you keep hammering...??

it IS highly possible, the Mercedes cut off the trucker, we have no video of that however.

but my thoughts are, the trucker losses this one...

That trucker should pay though fgd nose for that.
    .
Maybe if it was a hood truck he couldn’t have seen the car, but with a slope he knew it was up there

    Lol.
We've all wanted to do that.. but knew better.

Something happened to cause the trucker to blow his fuse and do this.

And YES.. he knew the car was there.
    It was 100% intentional.

Settle out of court for another car and $100k

Mercedes was in the exit lane but cut back onto the highway at the last moment.
Truck, at the same time, changed from the hammer into the slow lane.
    Mercedes' fault. (Illegal lane change)

Bud A. and NavigatorWife Thank this.

Don't think anyone is going to argue who's fault the impact was, but the pushing for whoever long is inexcusable. We see 30 seconds, at that is the minimum time. I hope he successfully sue the trucker out of the industry. We don't need his kind here.

Changing lanes near the end of an on-ramp is just asking for trouble. Those 4-wheelers can go from way back there to right in your blind spot in no time.

Wait till it ends and count to three.

Obviously the Mercedes fault. He hung on to the truck for way to long!

Having a self installed dash cams made me a better driver, on the flip side, made me not give a crap when 4 wheelers / Big trucks do dumb crap. Hammer down and not move over. Some folks really deserve it

    Funny video.

Maybe i do need a vacation

Per the diagram on the linked site...
The Mercedes was moving from the off ramp back to the travel lane.

Likely duche Mercedes driver started to get off the expressway, realized it was the wrong exit and went back to the drive lane. Truck, assuming the Mercedes was actually not an idiot moved over to the right lane as the Mercedes came into the same lane.
