Im calvin from NC coast im 50 years old I started by attending a driving school back in feb of 2018 and graduated in march 2018 went to work for swift at that time I just recently left due to medical reasons but since then I am gotten better but I attended another company but not been told im on board yet till they decide if I should stay cause they require to get on trailer to secure loads etc. see I never had to get on trailer before when ladder was not around so I do not know what the outcome will be tomorrow swift was mainly no touch freight only time had to get in trailer was to sweep out trailer at the dock but they had the step ladder system to get in the trailer I am a huge guy so I have issues getting in trailer without a ladder I am wondering just in case they decide to send me home is there any companies that will be taking me with a 0 across the board csa score the only mishap I had while at swift was QUALCOMM had me rerouted on a public street made a right turn onto a road did not pull up far enough the trailer struck a stop sign but the officer did not give a citation just took a report only that was the only accident but I am wondering is there any other company out there that has no touch freight that pays at least 50 cpm or a percentage of load ?

The only thing I can think of is getting into the tractor with three limbs minimum.
Nothing about the trailer. Offer to buy your own ladder and fix that yourself that way.
I could hate the meanies coin counting shyster firing you just because you need a 20 dollar ladder now and then on a 100K dollar load to be done right. Hell some of my flatbeds featured ladders on the bulkhead. -
