    they tell you where to fuel you have to be either 85% or 95 % compliant I can't remember....But its as simple as fuel where they tell you too! and if you need it out of route during the day call the fuel Department and ask where to go or if its at night just buy it and call and tell them in the morning that you had to get some they dont care they just need to know that they dont hold it against you...
